After doing BSc Mathematics and my masters, I started my journey as a Lecturer in Maths in 2003
But my first 3 years of teaching were very challenging as I had no idea about psychology of students
I went to UK for higher studies but couldn't finish it so came back to India & resumed my profession as a lecturer soon I realised I needed better skills to be a successful teacher.
So I started learning behavioral science and psychology to help my students in a better way.
I got a complete breakthrough when I learnt NLP in 2014, I understood the most effective way to teach students.
But when they are in 8th or 9th class, they transition from a kid to an adult, and can be easily taught and molded for their career. And NLP has a significant role in that.
Based on my experience and research, I founded the *RaPa for Maths Confidence* to help 8th and 9th graders.
